Under the generous patronage of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, pays great attention to the education, as education is one of the most important basic pillars advanced by countries. It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to the National University of Malaysia – Qatar UKM – The leading university in scientific partnership in the State of Qatar.

The focus of the Malaysian National University (UMK) is primarily on the quality of education, scientific research and entrepreneurship, in order to prepare and configure graduates by developing their skills and abilities to learn and arming them with knowledge and qualifying generations capable of moving on the path of progress and prosperity in all fields.

At the same time, our university always seeks to establish a culture of leadership and innovation in the institutional work environment. UKM works to adopt non-traditional methods of education, by employing technical, digital and interactive means, along with encouraging the exchange of experiences, keep pace with the changes and challenges of the modern era, that enabling us to contribute in building a system capable of competition in a rapidly changing world.
