Participation in orientation is mandatory as it plays a crucial role in providing you with the best possible start to university life at UKM-Qatar. We also invite parents and family members to join selected sessions to familiarize themselves with what lies ahead for their sons and daughters during the initial months at UKM-Qatar, and to learn how they can offer their best support during this time.
Attendance is by invitation only for new UKM-Qatar students and their parents. Further details on registration for orientation and accessing the pre-orientation portal will be shared via email.

There are a number of things you need to do before you join us for orientation. In addition to participating in scheduled training and information sessions, you will need to complete a series of mandatory tasks listed in the Pre-orientation Checklist at your convenience during the pre-orientation period
Read our health insurance requirements and fee payment guide, apply for a student ID card, plan your move to campus, book placement tests and complete your file with support from the admissions team.
